Sugar cane bagasse is a natural by-product after the juice is extracted to make sugar. This by-product is further used to produce compostable containers and is not burned or otherwise disposed of.
The containers are suitable for hot, cold, wet and greasy foods.
Go Green food containers are made from natural renewable resources and can be commercially composted. They meet the requirements of the European standard EN 13432, which requires that the products are fully degradable, leaving no harmful residues.
