The Philips Avent Anti-colic Bottle with AirFree Valve helps prevent colic, spitting up and gas with a special valve design that keeps air out and helps your baby avoid swallowing it during feeding.

The AirFree valve helps your baby avoid swallowing air from a bottle. The nipple is always full of milk, even if the bottle is horizontal when feeding upright. The special valve design avoids common feeding problems such as colic, gas and spitting up. Babies at 2 weeks old who were fed with a Philips Avent bottle had less colic than with a regular bottle and much less anxiety about night compared to babies who were bottle fed from another manufacturer.
